Chickpea Pasta

Ingredients

  • ½ 400g tin chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 tbs nutritional yeast
  • olive oil
  • ⅓-½ cup Homemade Vegetable Sauce{Recipe Here}
  • ½ avocado
  • 10 pieces broccoli (steamed) optional
  • 3 cherry tomatoes optional

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180-200°C.
  2. Add chickpeas, nutritional yeast and a dash of olive oil to bowl. Stir well.
  3. Spread out on a tray. Roast for 5-10mins.
  4. Add all ingredient to a bowl and stir until mixed.
