Wrap It Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 wrap {I use BFree Quinoa & Chia Seed Wraps}
  • ¼ cup Homemade Vegetable Sauce {Recipe Here}
  • 10-15 pieces broccoli (steamed)
  • 1-2 slices red onion
  • 2 tbs pine nuts
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2-3 circular slices eggplant
  • ½ capsicum (roasted)
  • 1 tbs nutritional yeast

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180-200°C.
  2. Use any leftover vegetables you have in the fridge.
  3. Steam broccoli and roast capsicum.
  4. Lie wrap flat on a cooking tray.
  5. Spread homemade vegetable sauce on wrap.
  6. Sprinkle vegetables across top as desired.
  7. Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast over vegetables.
  8. Drizzle oil and pine nuts over the top.
  9. Cook in oven for 10mins or until pine nuts start to brown.
