INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana*
1 scoop vanilla or natural protein powder
1 handful walnuts
Sprinkle of cinnamon
METHOD
1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender.
2. Blitz until smooth.
3. Enjoy!
TOP TIP:
Fresh bananas can be used, however if you freeze over ripe spotty bananas in advance your smoothie will extra sweet and smooth.
